Refund policy
All canopies are custom built to order and we are unable to offer refunds. Before we start production, our team will provide shop drawings for approval to ensure a quality and precise product.
Damages or Delivery Issues
All units are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. However, in the rare event that your unit arrives damaged or with shipping-related issues:
1. Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery.
2. Report any visible damage directly to the delivery driver and note it on the delivery receipt.
We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
