All of our units are custom built to order—never mass produced. Once your order is placed, we begin crafting your canopy from the ground

Shipping & Delivery
Once completed, your unit will be carefully packaged and dispatched using our trusted freight and logistics partners.

Transit Time: Typically 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
- Delivery address requires Forklift onsite. If no forklift available, we will deliver to the nearest Depot for you to pick up. Contact us if you need to confirm which depot.
Because of the size and nature of the product, deliveries are often scheduled in advance and may require a signature upon arrival.

Yes. If you choose to pick up your canopy from our warehouse in Wetherill Park, Sydney, our team can assist with fitting it to your ute. If you're in another state, we'll point you towards trusted local installers who can get it done properly.

Lead time is typically 8 to 10 weeks from order confirmation. Each canopy is built to order based on your ute's tray dimensions and your chosen configuration.
All Custom Canopies products come with a 1 year warranty covering manufacturer defects on all parts. If you experience an issue, simply send a photo and a description of the problem to info@customcanopies.com.au and we'll arrange a replacement part to be sent to you. Please note that scratches and wear from daily use are not covered under warranty.
The standard aluminium ute canopy is our most versatile option, offering full height storage suitable for work and touring. The low profile 4x4 canopy sits lower on the tub, making it garage-friendly and more aerodynamic on the highway without sacrificing usable space. The fully welded canopy uses continuous weld construction rather than riveted joins, giving you a stronger and more rigid build best suited to heavy loads and serious off-road conditions.
