Integrated Rooftop Tent Aluminium Canopy
This compact canopy-tent combo is designed to fold neatly into the footprint of a standard canopy, offering one of the most space-efficient and practical solutions on the market. Despite its small size, the layout is highly optimized—comfortably sleeping two adults on a built-in foam mattress. The interior features modular panels, LED strip lighting, and convenient storage compartments. A pop-out side shade/weather canopy provides extra protection, helping to keep the interior cool and dry in various conditions.

All of our units are custom built to order—never mass produced. Once your order is placed, we begin crafting your canopy from the ground 

Production Timeframe

    Another cost saving method is to deliver to a Business address with a forklift on site. This method allows direct delivery with some cost saving.

    We can deliver directly to your home address which is the most hassle free method. This method will cost more as delivery will be with a tailgate truck. This method will also require someone available to take delivery. Re-delivery fees may apply.

Yes. If you choose to pick up your canopy from our warehouse in Wetherill Park, Sydney, our team can assist with fitting it to your ute. If you're in another state, we'll point you towards trusted local installers who can get it done properly.

Lead time is typically 8 to 10 weeks from order confirmation. Each canopy is built to order based on your ute's tray dimensions and your chosen configuration.

All Custom Canopies products come with a 1 year warranty covering manufacturer defects on all parts. If you experience an issue, simply send a photo and a description of the problem to info@customcanopies.com.au and we'll arrange a replacement part to be sent to you. Please note that scratches and wear from daily use are not covered under warranty.

The standard aluminium ute canopy is our most versatile option, offering full height storage suitable for work and touring. The low profile 4x4 canopy sits lower on the tub, making it garage-friendly and more aerodynamic on the highway without sacrificing usable space. The fully welded canopy uses continuous weld construction rather than riveted joins, giving you a stronger and more rigid build best suited to heavy loads and serious off-road conditions.
